Valentine's Day is fast approaching, but for someone about to propose, I'm sure the time is moving slower than molasses in February!

Is she more of a romantic? Plan an intimate dinner for two or the always gorgeous rose petals in the shape of a heart (FYI these people below kicked it up a notch with the balloons on the ceiling!)
